Turkish Super Lig club reports 2 coronavirus cases

ANKARA (AA) – Turkish Super Lig club BtcTurk Yeni Malatyaspor said on Friday that two people, including a football player, tested positive for the coronavirus.

Malatyaspor said on Twitter that a player and a club personnel tested positive for COVID-19.

The club added that the two are being treated.

As of Friday, the total number of the coronavirus cases in the country rose to 154,500, with the death toll reaching 4,276. As many as 116,111 people have recovered.
